Rosary for life
The Rosary Society and the Catholic Medical Association, along with the Pastoral Council Parish Life Group, will be leading a rosary for life before the Sunday, 9:15 a.m. St. Mary Star of the Sea Mass and the Sunday, 10:30 a.m. Cathedral Mass. They will begin the rosary at 8:45 a.m. at St. Mary Star of the Sea, 325 E. Third St., Duluth, and at 10 a.m. at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary, 2801 E. Fourth St., Duluth. This will help bring healing, hope, and joy to the mission field, found through the intercession of Mary and to enter the mysteries of Jesus through the rosary. Expanding Horizons
Expanding Horizons is a five-hour immersion experience that gives community members the opportunity to learn about poverty, hunger, and homelessness in Duluth by visiting organizations that work with people experiencing these realities every day. Groups learn about the impacts of poverty, hunger, and homelessness on Duluthians and see first-hand some of the available resources.
