CHUM Duluth is in need of items to help serve people in the community as colder weather arrives. Items needed include extra warm sleeping bags, winter jackets, gloves, and boots. They are also in need of twin blankets for the warming shelter guest beds. Please bring donations to 120 N. First Ave. W., Duluth, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

The Bridge on 7th Overnight Shelter in Brainerd is in need of paper towels, napkins, plastic spoons, creamer, and real sugar. Items can be dropped off on Wednesdays, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the shelter, 1926 S. Seventh St., Brainerd. For a full list of current needs, visit www.bridgesofhopemn.org/warmingshelter.
