Just like all of the diocesan youth programs, the sacraments are at the center of this camp. Students have the opportunity to attend daily Mass, go to Confession, spend time worshipping our Lord in Adoration, and connect with other youth their age through small groups and the many traditional activities of camp. Camp games, activities, and food provided.
Camp check-in begins at noon on Monday and concludes at noon on Friday. Campers may attend one week only.JCs are a vital part of our camp community. They eat, sleep, work, and pray with their peers. Junior Counselors have two primary roles while at camp: to assist the youth ministry staff and to lead the middle school campers closer to Christ through their example. To accomplish this, JCs will help lead small groups, perform skits, supervise and participate in activities, and pray with and for our campers.
JCs are required to attend training the weekend of Friday night to Sunday afternoon, July 18-20 and then resume on their week of camp at 3:00pm on Sunday through cleanup after noon on Friday.Prayer Team and Junior Counselor applications and your Reference Form were due Monday, March 31, 2025. Applicants will be notified by e-mail by April 17th whether they have been invited to serve this year. Thank you all so much for applying.
