The pro-life vigil 40 Days for Life began in Duluth with a kickoff event, including a Mass celebrated by Bishop Daniel Felton Tuesday, Sept. 26, at the nearby Women’s Care Center. As the vigil has continued, many Catholics and others of good will, including the Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus, pictured here Oct. 15, continued to pray for an end to abortion. The event continues until Nov. 5.
